Today a busy day organizing the games. Results from today in the link. JKU got four medals (Petteri Monni M19 60m/400m, Eeva Niemelä N22 pole vault, Riina Meriläinen N17 60m) Also two fith places Timo Solmula M19 3000m and Jussi Huuskonen M17 800m. Hope tomorrow will bring good results too.

This morning I left for long run 8.30 in the morning. I felt quite fine and rest of the day there was no exercise. Tomorrow again the same thing.
